The Client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this contract as set forward in this document. All terms and conditions of this contract shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by Italian law.
Whenever a client needs to amend any part of his reservation and/or cancel the entire reservation, he shall notify in writing such request to L’Antico Mulino. L’Antico Mulino, in its full discretion, retains the right to consent to such modification request.
In case the Client intends to cancel its reservation, a written notification shall be sent to L’Antico Mulino and the following cancellation policy terms shall apply:
Full refund of the deposit in case the written notification is received by L’Antico Mulino at least 1 month prior to the arrival date;
Half refund of the deposit (50% of the deposited amount) in case the written notification is received by L’Antico Mulino at least 15 days prior to the arrival date;
No refund of the deposit in case the written notification is received by L’Antico Mulino less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Interruption of Stay
The client is not entitled to any refund in case of anticipated departure. For the avoidance of doubts, L’Antico Mulino is entitled to receive payment in full of the entire amount agreed for the full stay under the original reservation and the client agrees to pay this amount in its entirety before departure.
If the Client and/or their guests fail to take up the accommodation at the time and on the day specified in the reservation, L’Antico Mulino is entitled to retain and charge an amount equal to the deposit. For the avoidance of doubts, in case of reservations guaranteed by credit card an amount equal to the deposit will be immediately charged on the credit card guaranteeing the reservation.
